The Climmar Congress 2025, the annual congress of the International Confederation of National Associations of Agricultural and Garden Machinery Dealers and Repairers, concluded in Turin on October 18th, bringing together over 15 delegations from all over Europe in the Piedmontese capital.
Organized by Federacma – an Italian federation affiliated with Climmar and a member of Confcommercio – with the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture, the European Parliament, the Piedmont Region, and the City of Turin, the congress transformed Turin into the beating heart of the European agricultural mechanization network. With this congress, Italy confirms itself as a meeting and dialogue place for the voice of European dealers. For the first time, not only the national dealer federations but also the European leaders of the other components of the supply chain (manufacturers, concessionaires, contractors, and farmers) gathered around the same table to discuss the challenges of the sector together. The congress also highlighted a complex scenario, marked by market difficulties and the need to train new generations of operators to guarantee the future of the supply chain, but it was also an opportunity to strengthen the European dealer network and enhance Italy’s contribution within a system that grows only through dialogue and cooperation. The ambition is to jointly build a more modern, safe, and sustainable supply chain, capable of responding to the climatic and technological challenges of the coming years.
