The nursery sector is changing. Markets, technologies, skills, and the challenges faced by the new generations are all evolving. Yet, one thing remains constant: the future belongs to the people who choose to build and experience it together.
This vision gave birth to Next Green Generations, the new ANVE Lab event dedicated to young professionals in the nursery, floriculture, and landscaping industries.
It is designed as an opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, and share experiences—fostering a dialogue between different generations, career paths, and perspectives.
Rather than a conventional series of talks, it offers an open space to discuss the future, innovation, entrepreneurship, new opportunities, and fresh ways of experiencing our industry.
Because meeting new people can open up new perspectives. Sharing experiences can spark new ideas.
And a simple meeting can lead to unexpected collaborations.
At Greenitaly, this is where we want to begin: connecting generations across the nursery sector and co-creating new perspectives for the industry.
